1. Download the relevant forms from the Downloads section.
2. Fill the forms carefully with accurate data.
3. Submit the completed forms via email to info@datisoftwares.com.
4. Once the forms are submitted, your hospital account or module access will be configured by DATI Softwares for your staff to use the system efficiently.
